The Third International Archival Film Festival will be held in the National Archives.
On September 17, in the National Archives of Georgia’s cinema hall, the festival will open with Giorgi Shengelia’s film “Alaverdoba” (1962), in its pre-censored version, which was recently added to the National Archives.
The festival will conclude on September 20 with “The First Swallow” by Nana Mchedlidze (1975), celebrating the 100th anniversary of actor Dodo Abashidze, presented by the National Film Center of Georgia.
