The French company Teleperformance started operating in Georgia.
Teleperformance was founded in France in 1978. The company is known for its extensive experience in customer relationship management, content moderation, communication and telemarketing.
The global leader in digital business processes and customer experience (CX) decided to start operations in Georgia thanks to the efforts of “Enterprise Georgia” and as a result of close cooperation with them. After studying in depth the advantages that Georgia offers to foreign investors in the country.
Factors such as an educated workforce, a high level of foreign language skills, a favorable business environment and cost efficiency played a key role in the decision-making process for Teleperformance.
“Over the past years, Georgia has carved out its own niche in the BPO industry and has emerged as a new competitive player in the global customer service market. The French company Teleperformance is a top player in the BPO industry, which by investing and starting operations in Georgia has confirmed the potential of our country, that the healthy business environment and opportunities here compete strongly with other countries of the world”, said the director of the agency, Mikheil Khidureli, speaking to BM.ge.
The company currently employs more than 410,000 people worldwide.
