In the framework of the Tbilisi Silk Road Forum, Tbilisi Financial Summit will take place on October 22–23, jointly organized by the National Bank of Georgia, the Ministry of Economy and Singapore’s Global Financial and Technology Network (GFTN).
The event will bring together heads of central banks, global financial sector leaders, executives from major companies and industry experts from around the world. Participants will discuss the latest developments in financial technology, regional economic growth and international financial cooperation.
The main theme of the summit focuses on the future of financial technologies and the development of innovative infrastructure in the region, positioning the Middle Corridor as a primary hub for global trade and digital finance.
Panel discussions will feature representatives from leading international fintech companies, including Mazurka Zeng, CEO of Bybit EU — the world’s second-largest cryptocurrency exchange; Leiming Cheng, Vice President of Ant International; Derek Eisele, founder of Eisele Capital; Vijay Shekhar Sharma, founder of Paytm; David Gurle, founder of Hivenet and Policloud; Anu Phansi, senior officer at Coinbase; Marco Dalla Laggio, Vice President of Tether; and Rashit Parekh, partner at Accel, among others.
The summit will open with a ceremony at the Tbilisi Opera and Ballet State Theatre while panel discussions will be hosted at the Hotel Telegraph.
