თიბისის მხარდაჭერით, სამშენებლო მასალების საერთაშორისო გამოფენის – Caucasus Build – ფარგლებში კონფერენცია გაიმართა

With the support of TBC Bank, a conference was held as part of the international construction materials exhibition Caucasus Build 2026.

From April 17 to 19, the exhibition center Expo Georgia hosted Caucasus Build 2026, bringing together up to 200 companies from Georgia and across the region. The annual event, organized by Expo Georgia, featured a diverse program and multiple formats designed to foster industry collaboration and growth.

With TBC’s support, a panel discussion titled “How Large-Scale Projects Are Built in Georgia – Procurement and Decision-Making” was held during the event. Representatives of leading construction companies shared their practical experience and provided recommendations to small and medium-sized manufacturers, aimed at supporting their business expansion.

“As the #1 partner for businesses, TBC supports the international construction materials exhibition that unites companies from Georgia and the wider region. Construction and real estate are among the largest and fastest-growing sectors of Georgia’s economy. Last year, the sector accounted for 17% of the country’s GDP, while TBC’s market share reached up to 45%, reinforcing our leading position. In recent years, the construction and renovation materials market has also expanded rapidly—TBC’s financing has doubled, and the bank’s portfolio has reached GEL 730 million. However, our goal goes beyond financial support: through the Caucasus Build platform, we strengthen business connections, share expertise, and create real opportunities for companies. In doing so, we contribute to sector growth and the long-term development of the economy,” said Giorgi Darchiashvili, Head of the Large and Medium Corporate Clients Service Department at TBC.

“Caucasus Build is a platform that annually brings together key players in the construction sector and creates a space for new partnerships and real business opportunities. This year, the diversity and scale of the exhibition are particularly noteworthy, offering value both to industry professionals and to individuals planning their own construction or renovation projects. It is important for us that Expo Georgia serves as a place where collaboration between companies is formed and new projects begin,” said Resan Kikava, CEO of Expo Georgia.
