TBC Hosts Forum ‘Cyber ​​Security for Business’

Organized by The Economist, the annual publication and Spectre, and supported by TBC, on June 30, a forum ‘Cyber ​​Security for Business’ was held at the TBC Concept Space.

The aim of the forum was to raise awareness of the issue among those interested in cyber security and to get acquainted with industry trends and international standards; also, to review the ‘Information Security Act’ that came into force in 2021.

Field experts from various organizations in the business sector discussed current issues, trends, new threats, opportunities and ways to solve the problem with current decision-makers in the field of cybersecurity.

Panel discussions were held on the following topics: how cybersecurity trends contribute to revenue growth and risk minimization; financial and reputational losses due to business failure, local and global practices, biggest challenges to cyber security.

At the beginning of the forum, TBC Chief Economist Otar Nadaraia gave a macroeconomic overview to the invited guests and spoke about the impact of the war in Ukraine.
