Technology is one of the key driving forces behind modern progress, and education is what empowers people to become part of that transformation. As a leading technology-driven company, TBC continues to invest in educational initiatives that support the development of IT talent across Georgia.

This time, TBC IT Academy is offering two free programs for applicants from all regions of Georgia: GetData and Quality Engineering & Test Automation.

In the era of digital transformation, data has become one of the most valuable resources for business and economic growth. As a result, demand for professionals who can process, analyze, and interpret data to support strategic decision-making continues to grow rapidly. At the same time, the shortage of qualified specialists remains a significant challenge for the Georgian market.

To address this need, TBC IT Academy, in collaboration with TBC’s Data Team, created the GetData program, which is now open for applications for the second time. Following the first cohort, 10 graduates have already joined TBC as employees.

Meanwhile, software quality assurance remains one of the fundamental pillars of successful digital products and modern businesses. Quality Engineering is considered one of today’s most in-demand and promising career paths, as companies increasingly require specialists who can ensure software reliability, identify issues efficiently, and automate testing processes.

Applications for the Quality Engineering & Test Automation course at TBC IT Academy are now open for the 14th intake. To date, more than 300 participants have completed the program, while 43% of TBC’s Quality Assurance team consists of TBC IT Academy graduates.

TBC continues to expand access to technology education and support individuals who connect their future with innovation, growth, and continuous development. If you believe your future is in technology and want to launch a career in one of the world’s fastest-growing industries, register for TBC IT Academy programs today.
