Former Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili responded to the case of TBC Bank co-founders Mamuka Khazaradze and Badri Japaridze and businessman Avtandil Tsereteli via Facebook, noting it is good that the regime could not risk arresting them, adding they had “rendered a completely fake sentence.”
“After the office of the State Inspector was abolished by law after an objective decision was made on my case, yesterday, the city court also overturned their decision in my case,” Saakashvili writes, adding, “Tomorrow, I will go to ‘court’ and say what I have to say. We will meet at 1 p.m.”
