Several additional individuals have reportedly been detained in connection with the October 23 protest on Rustaveli Avenue in Tbilisi, where demonstrators attempted to block traffic.
Names circulating on social media include Zurab Tsetskhladze, the father of Zviad Tsetskhladze who was arrested during the same rally, as well as Davit Mshvenieradze, the son of lawyer Giorgi Mshvenieradze, and Tengo Kirtadze, one of the leaders of the Federalists movement.
Authorities have not yet released an official statement on the latest detentions.
