Real estate registration takes a maximum of 4 working days and the service fee is 150 GEL, but it is also possible to speed up the service.
If you want the real estate to be registered in 1 working day, you will have to pay 270 GEL, and if you want to register the property on the same day, you will have to pay 350 GEL.
According to the Public Service Hall the deadline starts on the day following the registration of the application and ends with the expiration of the last day of the deadline. If the last day of the term coincides with a weekend or holiday, then the last day of the term is the next working day.
