Prospect’s Sales Success: Collaborating on the Shinwood Project with Rectus Development

Sales consulting and outsourcing company “Prospect” has been showcasing its prowess in the real estate sector since 2018. They have successfully collaborated with various partners, including Rectus Development, on large-scale development projects. Last year, the partnership between Prospecti and Rectus Development began for the “Shinwood” project. The sales of the first phase, comprising 53 land plots, were completed within a remarkable four months, surpassing the initial projections. Currently, the second phase of sales is ongoing, characterized by a high pace and increasing customer demand.

The exceptional success of the project’s sales can be attributed to the synergistic efforts of both teams, the deep involvement of team members from Prospecti and Rectus Development, and the irresistible appeal of Shinwood to potential customers. Shinwood offers a magnificent, environmentally friendly setting nestled within a forest, providing well-prepared land plots with complete infrastructure and amenities. The development boasts entertainment and recreation areas, as well as spaces dedicated to sports and a healthy lifestyle. These features make the project immensely attractive to customers, fueling their desire to be a part of this stunning location, as noted by Prospect.

Nikolos Kevkhishvili, one of Shinwood’s managing partners, attributes the successful collaboration with Prospecti to the highly skilled team members who thoroughly analyze the challenges faced by the company and strive to find effective solutions. He emphasizes the importance of adopting a “prospect” approach, which involves viewing issues from the client’s perspective and evaluating situations accordingly.

Situated just 23 kilometers away from Tbilisi, Shinwood is designed as a country house complex adhering to modern urban standards. Its key highlight lies in its strong commitment to ecology, evident through the surrounding forest, extensive greenery covering an area of 31,000 square meters, and the central park interconnected with each Shinwood plot via footpaths. The residential plot sizes in Shinwood range from 500 to 1,300 square meters, offering ample space for homeowners.

Guga Kobakhidze, the general director of Prospect, highlights the meticulous preparation of the land plots in Shinwood, complete with all necessary utilities and security measures. Each plot is fenced and equipped with a gate, ensuring the safety of the area. Shinwood also stands out by avoiding haphazard development and adhering to established standards regarding facade cladding, overall heights, and the number of storeys.

Notably, every owner of a Shinwood plot receives a pre-processed house project from the company. Moreover, customers have the opportunity to collaborate with Prospecti’s architects to develop a customized house project that suits their preferences and requirements.

Prospecti continues to solidify its position in the real estate sector through successful sales and consulting engagements. Their expansion in the area of partner companies highlights their dedication to fostering mutually beneficial collaborations.
