The opposition politicians spent the night together with the participants of the rally in tents near the first building of Tbilisi State University.
More than 20 tents were pitched around the university building, which is why movement has been hindered in several directions: Melikishvili Avenue, Varaziskhevi, Kekelidze Street and Chavchavadze Avenue.
The organizers of the rally lit fires in several places. In addition, they blocked Chavchavadze Avenue to traffic with trash cans and chairs.
Protesters were provided with food, hot tea, coffee and warm blankets by the organizers of the rally throughout the night.
The protesters united after Coalition for Change and Unity National Movement announced a 24-hour protest and said that they will remain on the ground until 20:00 on November 18. Demonstrators were also joined by the participants of the Return the Voice action on Rustaveli Avenue.
