The OSCE Parliamentary Assembly calls on Russia to immediately withdraw its armed forces from the occupied territories of Georgia.”[The declaration] reiterates the call for the immediate and unconditional withdrawal of Russian armed forces from the occupied Georgian regions of Abkhazia and Tskhinvali/South Ossetia, in accordance with the EU-brokered ceasefire agreement of August 12, 2008.”
Emphasizes the need to continue active engagement, especially within the framework of international discussions in Geneva, for the peaceful settlement of the Russian Federation-Georgia conflict, with full respect for the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Georgia within its internationally recognized borders,” reads the statement adopted at the 31st annual session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly.

Also, the declaration “condemns the violent imperial and colonial nature of Russia, which is clearly manifested in its genocidal war against Ukraine, soft annexation of Belarus and aggression against Moldova. Also, in the attacks on the sovereignty and democratic choice of the Georgian and Armenian people”.
