“Our mission is targeted at creating an ecosystem of innovation to provide solutions to meet the needs and demands of the existing organizations and startups.” – George Javakhidze
Noxtton, a multidimensional tech and consulting company, is set to enter the Swiss market with new strategies in innovation, technology, and digital development. Geographic expansion, with an emphasis on maximizing the European Market coverage, was announced by the company in January 2021.
We sat down with the company’s co-founder and Chief Technology Officer, George Javakhidze, to discuss the main challenges and the future opportunities of the company.
“Noxtton was founded about four years ago in the UK. Since then, Noxtton has been pioneering the tech solutions in multiple industries and countries,” Javakhidze tells us. “Our mission has always been to accelerate and amplify the impact of digital transformation and to supply outstanding services and solutions through dedication and excellence. During the last few years, Noxtton has seen tremendous growth and evolution in its focus and reach. In 2018, we have started to expand our service scope and have entered Georgian Market, consequent to which, we’ve opened a new branch In Tallinn, Estonia.
“Since the foundation Noxtton has taken on more than 80 tech projects in more than 10 different countries,” he notes. “Cross cultural and mixed technological approaches have been challenging for the whole team, especially during the first two years. However, we’ve been able to successfully navigate in these challenging times.”
The entry into Switzerland supports the company’s strategic business decision and growth strategy.
“Switzerland is offering an exceptional drive to accelerate the growth and development of companies through innovation and technology,” Javakhidze says. “the market provides broad coverage of local and international companies and offers major outsourcing opportunities. Thus, having a branch in Switzerland means having access to a wide range of companies and potential partners.”
Today, Noxtton operates in three markets, providing tech services in more than 10 countries and aims to develop a global strategy that will allow us to enter new locations outside the EU.
“When a company enters the new market, the most challenging task is to find the first customers,” he tells us. “At this stage, our goal is to make our services and products available for as many companies as possible in Switzerland.
“Our mission is targeted at creating an ecosystem of innovation to provide solutions to meet the needs and demands of the existing organizations and startups.”
