The visit of NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg to Georgia has started.
His plane landed at Tbilisi International Airport today, March 18. Stoltenberg arrived in Tbilisi from Azerbaijan.
Upon arrival, the Georgian Foreign Minister, Ilia Darchiashvili, and the Georgian Ambassador to NATO, Viktor Dolidze, greeted Jens Stoltenberg at the airport.
During his visit, the NATO Secretary General will meet with President Salome Zurabishvili and Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze. Joint statements for the media are scheduled following the meeting with PM Kobakhidze.
Jens Stoltenberg will depart for Yerevan on March 19 after concluding his Georgia visit.
