Main Challenges:
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the need to support the young people leaving the care system increased, as they have to live without family support. Therefore, overcoming social isolation is especially hard for them. In addition, they lost their jobs due to pandemic and for some physical and mental health conditions got exacerbated. However, at this stage, the major problems are solved and the Natakhtari Fund and NGO Association Our Home Georgia continue support of adolescents and young people deprived of care across Georgia.
