Russian authorities have formally charged four individuals in connection with the devastating attack on a Moscow concert hall that resulted in the tragic loss of at least 137 lives.
Three of the accused were presented in a Moscow court under blindfolds, while the fourth appeared in a wheelchair. All four have been indicted for committing an act of terrorism.
The Islamic State group (IS) has claimed responsibility for the attack at Crocus City Hall and released a video asserting their involvement.
Despite these claims, Russian officials have made unsubstantiated accusations of Ukrainian involvement in the attack, a claim that Kyiv has vehemently denied, labeling it as “absurd.”
