A 4,5 magnitude earthquake occurred in Georgia. The relevant information has been spread by the Seismic Monitoring Center.
“Today, at 21:14 Tbilisi time, a 4.5 (ML) earthquake shook the village of Sameba in Ninotsminda municipality,” the Center wrote.
The village of Sameba is located in a seismically active zone. The settlement is located closest to the Javakheti ridge of volcanic origin. Experts say this is why the frequency of earthquakes is now actually alarming.
