I escaped death by a hair’s breadth, former President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili writes.
Saakashvili, who is placed in the Vivamedi clinic, says that he had a repeated episode of loss of consciousness today, fell and hit his head on an iron table.
He thanks the medical staff for their help.
“Despite having the necessary medical procedures, I had two blackouts last Saturday (April 29).
Yesterday, May 2, due to a potassium drop, it was necessary to make relevant transfusions.
Today I lost consciousness again and escaped death by a hair’s breadth – I fell and hit my head on an iron table due to the loss of consciousness.
I want to thank the nurses, with timely help they were able to revive me,” Saakashvili wrote.
