The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia reports that the questionnaire on Georgia’s membership application for the EU is to be sent next week.
As the Ministry notes, by receiving the questionnaire, the country is moving to a new, important stage in the EU integration process, and Georgia is actively preparing for the next stage of the membership application procedure. The Government Commission for European Integration, which was chaired by the Prime Minister on April 1, was tasked with effectively coordinating the questionnaire completion process.
The Ministry states that they are confident that Georgia will succeed in this process.
