Davit Katsarava, a member of the Anti-Occupation Movement, was summoned to court, he wrote on social media.
As Katsarava notes, the session will be held on July 5, in the Tbilisi City Court.
“Yesterday I received a message from the court. On July 5, the regime is prosecuting me for the fact that on May 14, the punishment squad kidnapped and executed me. They will probably bring the police and traditionally tell them that the cameras on the right side were turned off, and that’s when I cursed them with mother’s milk. What these executioners did to me, they were cursed for it, but I really didn’t curse them. Nor will I pour urine on them (an employee of the Saburtalo board tried to spread this rumor)”, Katsarava wrote.
Davit Katsarava was arrested and severely beaten at the anti-Russian law rally on May 14.
