As a result of today’s currency trading, by June 5, the Georgian lari strengthened against the US dollar by 7.33 tetri and the official value of one US dollar became 3.07 lari. The lari strengthened by 11.49 tetri against the euro and the value of one euro is 3.72 lari.
The Gel has been strengthening for the last month. Back in early May, 1 dollar was worth 3.44 GEL, and the euro – 4.16 GEL. However, since the beginning of this week, the lari has strengthened against the dollar and the euro with particular speed.
