Irakli Kobakhidze said that the resolution of the European Parliament may be perceived as a hint that Georgia may not be granted EU candidate status. He also noted that they will wait until June 23-24, when the final decision on the status of the candidate will be made.
“The resolution of the European Parliament may be perceived as a hint that Georgia, unlike Ukraine and Moldova, may not be granted EU candidate status. If this happens, it will be a completely illogical and unjust decision. Because of this, everyone interested in peace in Georgia will have their own reaction,” said Kobakhidze.
