During today’s briefing, Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze heavily criticed the opposition, claiming they have “nothing to say” to the public. He also expressed his disapproval of them campaigning abroad, stating it “only undermines their chances in the elections.”
According to the PM, a constructive campaign addresses domestic voters and not international supporters.
“They have nothing to say, unless we count the downright lies, they cannot even make promises. For example, the claim of 14 billion dollars which is known to be false. That 14 billion doesn’t exist and since our society is so used to this, they will not be deceived. It is shameful,” Kobakhidze argued.
