“I would like to inform the population about the program of providing housing for the homeless, which is successfully underway. 53 apartments have been purchased and these families are being given living spaces,” said Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze.
He noted that approximately 400 families have the status of homeless.
“My election promise was that not a single homeless resident of Tbilisi will be left without a place to live. We are standing by their side and in the coming years, all such families will be given apartments. Those who do not have a status yet, should apply to the relevant agency,” said Kaladze.
