International visits to Georgia increased by +44.4% compared to 2019.
The Georgian National Tourism Administration states that 77,045 international visits from EU countries and Great Britain were seen in Georgia in the January-March period. The increase compared to the data of 2019 is +44.4% (+23,677 visits).
In the first quarter of 2024, the highest number of visits to Georgia was recorded from Poland with 11,734 visits, which exceeds the data of 2019 by +67.1%, followed by Germany with 11,005 visits, an increase of +46.1% compared to 2019; United Kingdom 6,484 visits, growth compared to 2019 +27%.
