Imports from Russia Decrease by 5%

According to Saxstat, in 2023, the share of the ten largest import partner countries in the total import of Georgia amounted to 70.5 percent. The top three countries include: Turkey (2,570.1 million US dollars), USA (1,949.3 million US dollars) and Russia (1,744.5 million US dollars).

It is also worth noting that in 2023, imports from Russia decreased by 5%. Where, in 2022, Georgia imported products worth 1,835,626.8 thousand dollars from Russia, in 2023 this number was 1,744,469.5 thousand dollars. In 2022, imports from Russia accounted for 13.5% of the total imports of Georgia, and in 2023 it was 11.3%.
