The EU relations with Georgia should be revised, says a statement released by the German Foreign Affairs of the EU Foreign Affairs Council.
The statement is a call to the full and transparent investigation of all complaints and prosecution on the October 26 parliamentary elections.
“Over the past few months we have been observing how the Georgian authorities are supporting the EU norms and values. International observers have also confirmed that Georgia has been violated in the October 26 parliamentary elections.
“Our call is for a complete and transparent investigation of all complaints and accusations. The EU relations with Georgia should also be revised, including the EU supporting measures in the context of the EU membership process,” the statement reads.
