Communications Commission (ComCom) reported that Georgia’s television advertising market generated GEL 29.3 million in the third quarter of 2025 under the Law on Broadcasting. The report outlines spending patterns across six of the country’s major TV stations, TeleImedi, Rustavi 2, Postv, GDS, TV Pirveli and Formula, and points out the brands that dominated commercial airtime.
Major networks see strong spending from top advertisers
Across multiple broadcasters, Meama, Smart Capital Consultants, Orbi Group Millennium and Coca-Cola Bottlers Georgia emerged as the most prominent buyers of commercial TV time.
TeleImedi recorded more than GEL 500,000 each from Meama, Smart Capital Consultants and Orbi Group Millennium. Coca-Cola Bottlers Georgia, PSP Pharma and the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure followed in the GEL 100,000–500,000 range.
Rustavi 2 also saw Meama exceed the GEL 500,000 threshold, while Orbi Group Millennium and Coca-Cola Bottlers Georgia were among the mid-range spenders. Aversi Pharma, Magticom and the Central Election Commission contributed smaller totals.
GDS and Postv report consistent high spenders
Both GDS and Postv listed Meama as their top advertiser, each surpassing GEL 500,000.
GDS placed Coca-Cola Bottlers Georgia as its second-largest client, with brands like Nestle Georgia, Colgate Palmolive and Lactalis Georgia purchasing moderate volumes.
Postv attracted a broader mix of advertisers in the GEL 100,000–500,000 range, including Bumba LLC, Wissol Auto Express, Natural Gas LLC and Kakhetian Traditional Winery.
Lower volumes on opposition-leaning broadcasters
Advertising spending was more modest on TV Pirveli and Formula, both known for their opposition-leaning editorial lines.
On TV Pirveli, Mercado LLC and Coca-Cola Bottlers Georgia each invested GEL 100,000–500,000. PSP Pharma, Geoplant, Silknet and Nova contributed smaller but notable sums.
Formula saw Coca-Cola Bottlers Georgia as its largest advertiser, followed by Geoplant and PSP Pharma. It also attracted ads from TBC Bank, Magticom and the Central Election Commission, largely in the GEL 7,000–50,000 bracket.
