Georgian prominent violinist Liana Isakadze passed away at the age of 78 this weekend.
“Liana Isakadze was one of the outstanding violinists of our time; she belonged to prodigies, she became a violinist at the age of three; her performance is distinguished by artistry, deep musicality, and virtuosity,” reads the statement shared by her family members on social media.
Liana Isakadze was the organizer of Nights Serenades, a annual classical music festival.
