The Sports Ministry of Georgia announced that Georgian figure skaters Luka Berulava and Anastasiia Metelkina earned the International Skating Union Challenge Cup in Tilburg, the Netherlands.
The duo competed in two programs and scored a total of 203.92 points. They started off in the short program with 70.58 points and maintained their leading position in the next one with 133.34 points, concluding their victory 35.85 points ahead of the Dutch team.
For information, earlier this month, Berulava and Metelkina secured bronze at the European Figure Skating Championships in Estonia. Overall, the pair is currently ranked seventh in ISU’s world standings.
