Georgian emigrants living abroad are actively participating in the election process, with notable engagement from the diaspora in cities like Barcelona and Berlin.
Social media has showcased photos and videos of emigrants waiting in line at polling stations to cast their votes, highlighting their involvement in the elections.
Some of them claim that “standing in a line has never felt so good!”
Georgian emigrants are also open in expressing their concerns on social media, noting that they support the country’s European future and are tired of living abroad because they miss their homeland. Many state hopes that they will be able to return home soon after the elections.
