“We would like to inform the public that Georgia has completed the second part of the questionnaire. The document needs to be prepared only in the technical part and we plan to submit the last part of the questionnaire to the European Commission by May 10,” said Georgian Foreign Minister Ilia Darchiashvili.
He noted that the second part of the questionnaire was of a technical-sectoral nature, in the preparation of which a lot of effort was made.
“The next stage is on the European Commission, which should prepare a relevant conclusion on the document. We will wait for their position, which will be prepared based on the questionnaire handed over by Georgia,” Darchiashvili said.
The Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili submitted the EU questionnaire’s completed part one to Carl Hartzell last week.
