229 new cases of coronavirus have been registered in Georgia, 12 people have died, and 2993 people have recovered.
A total of 1,646,545 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in Georgia since February 2020, of which 1,621,396 have recovered and 16,720 have died.
The newly confirmed cases are divided by region as follows:
121 cases were confirmed in Tbilisi, Adjara – 14, Imereti – 25, Kvemo Kartli – 5, Shida Kartli – 8, Guria – 13, Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti – 20, Kakheti – 17, Mtskheta-Mtianeti-4, Samtskhe-Javakheti – one, Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti – one.
2,853,264 people have been fully vaccinated so far.
On March 26, 357 new cases of coronavirus were confirmed in Georgia, 3237 patients recovered and 4 died.
