On January 31, the Georgia-China Regional Cooperation (GCRC) Association was launched at the Sheraton Grand Metechi Palace. The goal of the event was to strengthen ties between Georgia and China to kickstart new projects and market opportunities.
The Association itself, with offices in Shanghai, Beijing, and Shandong Province, is a strategic platform for encouraging cross-border partnerships, providing personalized business solutions and support for project development.
One of the highlights of the initiative is the collaboration between BB Leasing and Basisbank, offering financial support to enterprises with Georgian-Chinese projects.
“Our goal is to connect Georgian and Chinese businesses, build strong partnerships, and create opportunities for growth. With our knowledge of both markets, we provide an ideal environment for successful cooperation,” said founding member Davit Chikovani.
Notably, the event brought together representatives across different sectors, such as agriculture, healthcare, trade, and tourism.
