According to Galt & Taggart’s forecast, by the end of this year and next year, the average value of GEL against the dollar is expected to be within 2.7.
According to the investment company’s assessment, during October 2023, the lari depreciated slightly against the dollar, although it is stable compared to the beginning of the year.
“Despite the difficult geopolitical context, the stability of the lari is driven by strong fundamental factors such as foreign exchange inflows, high economic growth, and healthy fiscal parameters. According to our forecast, by the end of this year and next year, the average value of the GEL against the dollar is expected to be within the range of 2.7,” said Galt & Taggart’s review.
