An extended meeting of the first diplomats of Germany and Georgia is taking place in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia.
Before that, a face-to-face meeting was held between Annalena Baerbock and Ilia Darchiashvili.
The official visit of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Germany began with a meeting with the Young Lawyers Association and other representatives of the civil sector. Today, she will also meet President of Georgia Salome Zurabishvili, Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili, representatives of the opposition, and students. The Minister also plans to visit the village of Odzi, located near the occupation line.
Annalena Baerbock arrived in Georgia yesterday and will leave the country today.
