In 2022, “Evolution Georgia” LLC reported a notable increase in income, rising by 27.3 million GEL to reach 172.7 million GEL. However, the net profit decreased by 1.5 million GEL, settling at 12 million GEL.
According to the company’s financial report, they significantly expanded their workforce. In 2021, the company employed 6,000 people and paid 93.6 million GEL in salaries. By the end of 2022, the number of employees had grown to 7,100, with the total salary expenditure reaching 114.9 million GEL.
The company also operated 597 live broadcasting tables in 2022. Their assets amounted to 122 million GEL, with liabilities totaling 88 million GEL. The capital increased to 34 million GEL.
The direct owner of the company is Evolution Malta Holding Limited LLC, a subsidiary of the Swedish company Evolution Gaming Group AB. Their shares are traded on the Stockholm Stock Exchange, and the global revenue for 2022 reached 1.45 billion euros.
Evolution Gaming Group AB creates, markets, and licenses fully integrated live casino solutions for gambling operators but does not operate gambling itself. They provide live streaming of casino services through studios in real estate leased by the company. Game presenters hired by the company present various games like Roulette, Blackjack, Poker, and Baccarat, which are broadcast live to Evolution Malta Ltd.
A subsidiary of Evolution Gaming has been operating in Georgia since 2018, offering live-streaming services to foreign gambling companies in 13 languages. Their services are utilized by online casinos worldwide.
