Real estate giant Emaar Properties, based in the United Arab Emirates and known for high-profile projects such as the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, is expanding into Georgia with the launch of a sales office for its Eagle Hills brand.
The new office will be located on Rustaveli Avenue, occupying the first floor of the former Rustaveli cinema building in central Tbilisi. As the Tbilisi City Hall’s architecture department declared, a permit has been issued for the installation of a special showroom.
Emaar Properties, through Eagle Hills, is preparing to roll out two large-scale development projects in the country. The first, announced earlier this year, will span 260 hectares in Gonio on Georgia’s Black Sea coast. The second project will cover 590 hectares in Ponichala, near the capital. Combined, the developments represent an estimated $6 billion investment.
The projects are expected to include residential, commercial and recreational components, with details on timelines and specific offerings yet to be disclosed.
