As a result of a rocket strike by Russian troops in the center of Vinnytsia, 8 people were killed, including one child, the deputy head of the Office of the President, Kyrylo Tymoshenko, reported in Telegram.
“Russian rockets hit the center of Vinnytsia. 8 dead, among them a small child. There are wounded. This is another crime of the occupiers in our peaceful city,” he said.
