Based on the decision of the Coordination Council of the Government of Georgia, from this week, eateries across the country will be allowed to host guests in the outdoor areas on weekends as well as weekdays.
Until now, on weekends, eateries were only allowed to serve customers with delivery service.
“Starting this week, eateries will be allowed to host guests also on weekends, but only in outdoor areas, obviously, in full compliance with the regulations,” said Giorgi Gibradze, Chief of Operations at the Interagency Coordination Council.
At the same time, starting today, May 17, the so-called curfew in Georgia will start at 23:00 (instead of the previous 21:00) and will last until 05:00.
