Georgia reported 360 coronavirus cases, 119 recoveries, and 9 deaths on Wednesday, the official figures show.
25 349 tests were performed in 24 hours, including 14, 742 antigen tests and 10,607 PCRs.
Testing revealed that Georgian capital Tbilisi recorded the highest number of 194 Covid-19 cases, followed by the Imereti region with 50 cases and the Shida Kartli region with 35 cases.
The daily test-positivity rate stands at 1.42 %, while it was 1.3% in the past 14 days.
The total number of confirmed cases since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic in the country has reached 271,739, of which 265,805 people recovered and 3,541 have died.
Currently, there are 2, 393 active cases of infection in the country.
At this point, out of 247 critical patients, 95 require mechanical ventilation.
