3221 new cases of coronavirus were detected in Georgia in the last 24 hours, the official figures show.
37,717 tests were performed in the last 24 hours across the country.
2990 people have recovered and 54 more people have died of the virus.
Of the 3221 new cases of coronavirus, 167 cases were detected in Tbilisi, 498 in Imereti, and 339 in Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti.
The daily test-positivity rate now stands at 8.54%.
Currently, there are 27, 772 active cases of infection in the country.
