Clinical Director of Vivamedi: Saakashvili refuses to receive medical prescription

The clinical director of the Vivamedi clinic, Zurab Chkhaidze, stated that what worries him the most about the former president of Georgia, Mikheil Saakashvili is that he refuses to receive medical prescriptions.

Chkhaidze noted that nutrition is the most important thing, but for some reason, everyone focuses on the number of calories.

“This is important because Saakashvili does not get one-third out of what is necessary. The patient cannot get food, but he takes a much more difficult food to digest and process, than what we offer. Any patient in the clinic receives appropriate treatment for the disease. It is very rare for someone to refuse treatment. We are most concerned that Saakashvili refuses to receive medical prescriptions. About what is justified by the relevant American or European guidelines. Information on the treatment scheme has been provided. He refuses this scheme,” Chkhaidze noted.
