The mayor of Tbilisi, Kakha Kaladze, announced that from April 24, the streets of Tbilisi will be systematically washed.
“I would like to inform you about a new project. The project involves cleaning works in the city. From Monday, the weather is good and we can start the work, which aims to wash and clean the streets, it should be done systematicly. On hot summer days, it is important to water and clean the streets. Everything should be as orderly as possible – highways, sidewalks,” Kaladze noted.
Davit Pachulia, director of Tbilservice Group, which is responsible for cleaning services in the Georgian capital, noted that the project will be implemented throughout the summer and more than 100 streets will be washed every day. The works will continue from 00:00 to 07:30.
