Bank Rankings by Net Profit in Georgia for the First 9 Months of 2023

In the financial reports of commercial banks for the first three quarters of 2023 in Georgia, 15 banks collectively generated a total net profit of 2,042,859,000 GEL. Among them, “Bank of Georgia” secured the top position with a profit of 981.9 million GEL, followed by “TBC Bank” with a net profit of 803 million GEL, and “Liberty” ranked third with a profit of 63.4 million GEL.

However, “Silk Bank” and “Peysera Bank” reported losses, with “Silk Bank” incurring a loss of 4.3 million GEL and “Peysera Bank” facing a loss of 0.9 million GEL.

Here’s a list of banks ranked by net profit for the specified period:

1. Bank of Georgia: 981.9 million GEL

2. TBC Bank: 803.7 million GEL

3. Liberty Bank: 63.4 million GEL

4. Basis Bank: 43.5 million GEL

5. Procredit Bank: 38.7 million GEL

6. Cartu Bank: 27 million GEL

7. Credo Bank: 26.5 million GEL

8. Tera Bank: 25.8 million GEL

9. Khalik Bank: 17.2 million GEL

10. Ish Bank: 13.6 million GEL

11. Pasha Bank: 1.1 million GEL

12. Ziraat Bank: 6.6 million GEL

13. VTB Bank: 0.9 thousand GEL

14. Peysera Bank: -920 thousand GEL

15. Silk Bank: -4.3 million GEL
