Aversi plans to develop a multifaceted medical facility on the Infectious Disease Hospital site on Kazbegi Avenue, Tbilisi.
The project, already submitted to the Agency of Transport and Urban Development and under review, is divided into three sections.
Section 1 comprises 10- and 35-story buildings with a medical establishment, a medical tourism hotel, and administrative offices.
Section 2 features two 6-story blocks for a medical complex, while Section 3 contains a 10-story building for administrative offices, medical centers, a residential campus, and a university.
Despite never being used, the building located on the Infectious Disease Hospital site has been owned by Aversi Pharma since 2009.
