Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has begun a two-day official visit to Georgia.
He was welcomed at Tbilisi International Airport by Georgia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Maka Bochorishvili.
During the visit, Pashinyan will meet with Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze. The two leaders are expected to hold a one-on-one meeting followed by a session of the Georgia–Armenia Intergovernmental Commission for Economic Cooperation, which they will co-chair.
Following the talks, the prime ministers are expected to deliver joint statements to the media.
The Armenian delegation accompanying Pashinyan includes Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister Arayik Harutyunyan, Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Davit Khudatyan, Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Zhanna Andreasyan, Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan, and Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan.
The official visit is scheduled to last two days.
