The collaboration between the ifa-Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen and ARCH+ brings ‘An Atlas of Commoning’ to life, an exhibition displayed as part of the Tbilisi Architecture Biennial (TAB) at TBC Concept Flagship. The commencement event will take place on October 4 from 18:00 to 20:00 and will be accompanied by a symposium, ‘Commoning Tbilisi,’ followed by a curator’s tour on October 5 from 14:00 to 19:00.
The term ‘commoning’ refers to the synergistic processes in resource and space management in the context of art and architecture. By redefining the concept of ‘we,’ the expression emphasizes collective processes and questions the commercialization of artistic communities stimulated by capitalism.
The exhibition will last until November 15 and is curated by Stefan Gruber and Mariam Shergelashvili, featuring works from diverse artists and initiatives.
Opening hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 20:00.
