Hadas Meitzad, Ambassador of Israel to Georgia posted on Social Media expressing admiration for the courage and determination shown by the Georgian people on April 9th.
“With the utmost respect towards the people of Georgia, on behalf of the Israeli people and the State of Israel, we would like to express our admiration for the courage and determination shown by the Georgian people on April 9th, as they reaffirmed their aspirations for liberty and independence.
“Freedom was and still is a worthy value, and the desire to ensure it is a guiding principle shared by Georgians and Israelis,” reads the post.
