Medea Kobakhidze, General Manager of Wyndham Grand Tbilisi, disclosed their December occupancy rate, which has significantly dropped to 20%, compared to 68% in previous years.
“We have a relatively higher number of guests on New Year’s Eve than in any other period in December. There are still a few days left, and we do not know what cancellations we will receive. We are talking about individual reservations here, as we did not have any groups at all in December. Individual reservations have a 24-hour cancellation period, and the situation may change, with reservations being canceled at any time,” Medea Kobakhidze stated.
Additionally, the hotel has no group bookings for the month, and since individual reservations have a 24-hour cancellation policy, they remain uncertain.
